Very Good
Good location. Very easy metro access. More than we expected for the price. Dated but not unpleasantly so. The staff was very friendly and pleasant.
It's a bit of a culture shock if you're very used to modern, new things; but it wasn't dirty or downtrodden at all. It felt and looked like it was an older hotel, which it was. These aren't things we didn't like, more so things to keep in mind. The only thing we weren't a fan of, was the area around the front entrance felt dirty, but I'm not sure there's much the staff can do about that.

Excellent hotel in a convenient location.
Breakfast was very good, although we would have liked ground coffee decaf. Staff were extremely helpful. The room was very comfortable, quiet and spacious.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Great location. Better value than room in Venice as booked early. Adequate for short stay.
Location right outside a metro station. Friendly staff.
More choice at breakfast and clearly labelled for vegetarians. Had one double and 2 single beds in room when I asked for a twin which meant one of us had the lumpy single bed. Double was comfortable. Asked for rooms close to each other but were on floors 2 and 5 with no option to move at any point. Bathroom a bit tired looking and towels very thin.
